Biography
Motivation is Jane Pierotti’s forte; she’s a self-starter whose accomplishments have inspired others in Xerox, IBM and Holiday Inns, Inc. where she served for 20 years.  She makes an impact on corporations of all sizes where she consults and coaches now.
 
Jane began her career at Xerox.  Two years later she joined IBM, where she broke ground as the first female sales representative and marketing manager.  During her tenure with IBM she received seven outstanding contribution awards and held positions ranging from product marketing to branch manager, assistant to the President and National Product Marketing Director for the Memory Typewriter.
 
In 1979 Jane joined Holiday Inns, Inc., as the company’s first female vice president, heading up Marketing for the Product Services Division.  She later became corporate vice president of Human Resources and finally served as vice president of Public Relations and Communications.
 
In 1986 Jane formed her own company, Counterpoint, Inc., offering communications consulting and corporate presentations.
 
Jane is a sought-after vision consultant and speaker who brings her experience to bear on topics including “How to Compete in a Crowded Market”, “Taking Charge – Making Change”, and “The Real Truth About Leadership.”
