Before launching Counterpoint, Jane ran the most profitable product line in her division of IBM. She later ran marketing for the Product Services Division of Holiday Inns, Inc., helping turn the division from a financial loser into a profitable value-producer.
She then tackled Human Resources and Communications for
Holiday Inns, Inc. Jane changed HR from an army of
numbers-crunchers into a line management support team to
attract and retain talent. She transformed Communications from a splintered initiative machine into a streamlined internal marketing force to close the gap between company vision and action.
She's a published author and a Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellow.
