Before launching Counterpoint, Jane ran the most profitable product line in her division of IBM. She later ran marketing for the Product Services Division of Holiday Inns, Inc. helping turn the division from a financial loser into a profitable value-producer.
She then tackled Human Resources and Communications for Holiday Inns, Inc. Jane changed the impact of HR by transforming them into a line management support team focused on attracting and retaining world-class talent. She transformed Communications from a splintered initiative machine into a streamlined internal marketing force focused on closing the gap between company vision and action.
She’s a published author and a Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellow.
